Kevin Found a Passion for cooking and a love for the restaurant business with his first job at an Italian restaurant in Harrisonburg, Virginia he was 16 years old.
Taste and experience over 30 years of culinary passion with each bite of Unicorn food. Classically trained in the French techniques Kevin learned at Johnson and Wales University (one of the country's best culinary schools) Kevin believes in using fresh, high quality products from local farmers and sources the best fish and food from across the world.
A Nashvillian for 17 years, Kevin's resume includes The Wild Boar, F. Scott's Restaurant and Five Daughters Bakery. He thrives on creating new and exciting flavors that will be sure to wow your palette.
Kevin, his wife, Rebekah and 3 Weimaraners now happily reside in the Chattanooga area at their home on the lake.
